Franklin A. ("Frank") Burke is President and Chief Executive Officer of Burke, Lawton, Brewer & Burke, LLC having founded the firm in 1964 with the late Thomas N. Lawton. Frank has served as director of research and portfolio management since its inception and is an FINRA registered principal. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of BLB&B Advisors, LLC.

Frank earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Kansas State University in 1955, a M.S. degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in 1960, and attended the London School of Economics, University of London, from 1962 to 1964 studying advanced economics, industry and trade.

Prior to founding Burke, Lawton, Brewer & Burke, Frank worked as a financial analyst at Seattle First National Bank in 1955 and served in the U.S. Air Force as a pilot and contract management officer from 1956 to 1964.

Frank has a long standing history of financial management service to business and the community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of a number of corporations throughout the United States and on the Board of Trustees of several institutions, including the Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades in Media, Pennsylvania, and the Kansas State University Foundation.

Frank and his wife Elizabeth were married in 1954, and have three grown children.
