Peter Bedell is Executive Vice President of Burke, Lawton, Brewer & Burke, LLC and a Portfolio Manager with BLB&B Advisors, LLC. Peter brings over forty years of investment management experience to our firm. Before joining Burke Lawton Brewer & Burke, Peter was the Chairman Emeritus of both Walnut Asset Management, LLC and Rutherford, Brown & Catherwood, LLC. Earlier in his career, Peter served as President of and Chairman of the Executive Committee for W.H. Newbold's Son & Co., Inc. (now Fahnestock & Co.).

Over the years, Peter has served on many securities industry and regulatory committees. He currently is a member of the Board of Directors of The Finance Company of Pennsylvania. He is a former member and Vice-Chairman of FINRA District Business Conduct Committee and a former member of the Nominating Committee.

Peter has also been an active member of the community, serving on boards for Children's Aid Society, Springside School, and the American Red Cross. Peter attended Colby College.
